  • I wanted to go solar so I started interviewing several different companies, which Robco was one of them. I initially signed with a company who was the cheapest in price but soon learned they had no idea on what the process was to even get NV Energy's approval to start the process. Thankfully the owner was a stand up gentleman and refunded my deposit. During my initial interviews one company kept comparing themselves to Robco Electric and kept saying Robco was not competitive. So I called Robco and after negotiating a final price I signed with Robco. They use LG panels along with Enphase Micro Inverters which have some of the best warranties in the business. Robco has also been in business longer than most installers. Ok, enough of why I chose Robco. The real reason I am writing this long recommendation is to let everyone know that there were a few problems, as with any solar installation, but it's how Robco stood behind their warranty and took care of their customer. I will not get in to the actual problem, but only to say most companies would have turned and ran for the hills. Not Robco, they stood strong and went above what would have been expected. I would highly, highly recommend Robco Electric for any solar you may be considering. By the way, Kyle Jones was the most informative sales rep I spoke with and Jeremy, co-owner of the solar division, was one of the best to work with, hands down!
