  • I moved to Siegel suites MLK after having a bad experience at Tropicana Siegel suites. Before I find any paperwork, I interviewed some of the tenants. they were all quite happy with the apartment complex in general the staff in the office and the maintenance team. They felt safe and we're happy that this is a gated community. I moved here with my two service dogs and my husband and there is plenty of room to walk the dogs. other dogs are also just as welcome at this facility. the tenants actually clean up after their dogs! This is rare in any apartment complex I have found. I totally recommend this apartment complex to anyone with pets and or children. There are basketball courts for the kids a swimming pool that is beautifully maintained and a lot of ground for the kids to run around and blow off some steam. the center court has three barbecue grills for the use of the tenants. the grills are kept clean and the area is well lighted. I'm very glad I gave Siegel another chance because I'm looking forward to many happy years in this complex. I'd also like to give a shout out to Barbara, Nicky, and Heather in the office as they take care of any maintenance requests in a very timely manner. kudos to the maintenance staff as well. The only problem I've had since my arrival are few roaches. after I reported it to the office it was dealt with immediately and I haven't seen a bug since. five stars to MLK Siegel suites Siegel suites!
