If you want to try Graze, go early!!! or during the week. Weekend nights, the line spills out the door because they don't take reservations. It isn't worth waiting for IMO.
The bibimbap my SO got was a large portion and was "good" but didn't hear much praise aside from that.
I got the mac& cheese. This was really really good, but JUST. SO. RICH. I was initially a bit disappointed by the small serving size, but by the last quarter of the dish I couldn't even look at it. It could use a small side of lemony greens to cut the overwhelming richness.
The location is great, and the building itself feels clean and modern-y, but the lack of fiber materials, tall ceilings, and tons of windows made it loud and difficult to have a conversation. I don't like feeling like I have to shout at my server.
In all, I wouldn't be opposed to going again but am not in any hurry.
