| - Not going to lie to you, I haven't been to a Microsoft Store before, so there's no benchmark for quality, in my mind.
To start, their product setups are awesome. Virtual reality, 4K resolution triple monitor gaming setups, Surface Studios, and tons of laptops. The entire store is set up to look very nice, and very approachable. Seems like they keep up with the bleeding edge of what Microsoft has to offer, too!
For some reason though, the employees here are very lethargic. No hellos, no checking up on you, and they gather in packs. For me, that's fine; I'm very independent when it comes to evaluating tech products, but you have to give more than a push and a shout to get some questions answered.
A business is not qualified by their products, but by their service. The service was sort of lacking (maybe it was just the few times that I came in late in the evening), but at least Microsoft makes some pretty awesome stuff.
