  • Stay away from this store - they deserve a zero!!! We spent over $2,000 to buy my son a Queen size Revive foam mattress, bed frame, mattress protector, and extended warranty. The bed was delivered 48 hours ago. Since the delivery, the bed has emitted a strong gas-like odor that is so strong you can smell it from the front door and my son's room is upstairs. My son has never slept on the bed or in his bedroom for the past 48 hours because of the toxic gas odor. We have had all windows open in his room, the fan on, and an air humidifier running in his room but to no avail. We called Living Spaces corporate office and the Summerlin store to request an exchange of the mattress due to the defective, toxic mattress that they sold us. We never asked for a refund even though we only had the bed for 48 hours, but only to simply exchange the defective, toxic mattress sold to us. The manager, Leia, said NO!!! I should also mention that prior to Leia being rude and trivializing what my family has gone through the past 48 hours, it took us countless phone calls to the corporate office even before I could get transferred to the Summerlin store. My husband even spoke to the salesperson who suggested we walk across the bed and keep jumping on it to let out the toxic gas odor - what the HELL!!!!! Leia and Living Spaces don't deserve to be in business!!!! We pray that no other family or child ever experiences the hell that we have gone through for the past 48 hours. We are a family on a budget and we splurged to buy this bed for my son that he will never use and we have no idea what we're going to do with it. We cannot give this bed to family, friends or donate it because we don't want anyone else to get sick by this bed. On top of that, we will now have to budget again so that we can buy my son a proper bed. We feel completely ripped off and beyond angry at the way we were treated by this horrendous entity. AMENDED - My husband just returned from the store to try to speak to a manager who wouldn't take the time to speak to my husband and to top it off a salesperson instructed my husband to slice APPLES and put them on the bed to diffuse from the toxic, gas odor!!!! First walk on the bed and now it's put apples on the bed!!!! I implore everyone to stay away from this store!!!! What horrible so called customer service!!!!
