  • I am not a big fan of a phone call the night before surgery to pre-pay the bill, however, it was an effective method to get paid. Who is going to back out of surgery 10 hours before... Most of the staff did a good job. Nurse Kalen was first class! Hopefully, these folks get past all of their I.T. issues so they can go back to nursing. Doctor Gburek did a great job! The room was huge so no complaints there. Volunteer staff very good.
