I hate going to Oakland, but I've been finding great little gems, and this place is one of them. The restaurant is in what looks like an old home. The area that's converted into the dining space isn't very large, but it's cozy. We were seated promptly and given water and menus. The waiter never asked if we wanted anything else to drink but water sufficed. The menu has plenty of choices without being overwhelming and there is something for everyone. We had plenty of time to look it over, actually a little too much time, it took a while to snag someone's attention to take our orders. Our food came in a decent time and was a good portion. I ordered chicken korma, it was mild and probably a new favorite dish! I loved the flavors. My boyfriend ordered the chilly chicken and said it was incredibly spicy but he was equally as satisfied with his choice. We will absolutely be back for another meal soon!
