I came here for an early Sunday dinner around 430pm. It got busy quickly- Pitt's graduation had just let out- but even once all the tables were filled, the service didn't waiver. It did get a bit loud, but it's a smallish room.
We got a couple of beers (great selection) and the Classic Montreal Poutine to start- came out right away. I got the Shortrib Pasta- huge portion, great taste (maybe needed a bit of salt) and reasonably priced. The rest of my party seemed to enjoy their meals as well.
We finished with the Salted Caramel Brownie Cheesecake. It was pretty small- as the server warned us- but it was very rich and definitely worth it. I would certainly recommend Park Bruges and I look forward to checking out its sister restaurant in Point Breeze.
