  • :( I have to start off with a sad face. I love the concept of this place. I love local organic foods and I am glad that they feature local farms here. Everything about that idea is a 10. But I was sipping my mocha and I felt something hit my lip. I looked down and it was a dead fly. I am still traumatized. They made me a new one, but they really should have refunded me. I am still scared. And scarred. Husband ordered the Farmer's scramble and they brought him the Fungus scramble. He had to get to work so he didn't say anything and very much enjoyed it anyway. I think the food here is wonderful but I am not sure the people at the counter really care. I can deal with that. But the wrong order, the fly, the flies buzzing around me, it was just a bit much. (And my mocha fly was IN there, I would have known if it just flew in- it was IN my coffee :( ) I think they make great coffee and I really wanted this place to be (and still do) all it can be, but I am afraid it misses the boat. Plus it is my birthday :( / :)
