I appreciate u taking the time to respond. I recently waited 4 days to have a sink repaired and now it it the 4th of July weekend and our pool is open to the residents of Vista Del Rey II...the pool was not open Memorial Day weekend either. I am not a negative person by nature it just is a reality that the quality that was the hallmark of these properties is no longer a priority. Yes the property is clean, yes the property staff tries although it is obvious the maintence dept is understaffed. They use to sweep and clean this side of the property daily, this does not happen anymore. So often changes like this come from Corporate choices and the local staff has the task of implementing these changes. This is a tough position for the staff to be put in.
