I've mixed results. Previously quality service this time poor service. I ordered a kit that I needed for my RV. They were not the cheapest price, but gave me a contact for the manufacturer so I could get some questions answered.
Because of this I was willing to pay a little more. They don't carry this in their inventory so they drop shipped it.
The item was in "processing" for six days, I called them. They said it was in inventory & they would get it shipped that day. It was shipped two days latter then was listed in tracking for a day and a half as waiting for carrier pick up.
UPS then updated delivery from Friday to Monday. If I get it Monday I'm looking at 12 days.
I could have gotten it in two days via Amazon. I usually pay a little extra if I can find it on Amazon, should have stuck to my normal process.
The person was friendly and sounded helpful but was unsuccessful.
