  • These guys are great!!! We first experienced them when my teenager dropped his out of warranty $500 phone and it stopped working. Verizon just looked at us funny and said buy another $500 phone. Someone told us about Quick Fix and we went there. They checked out the phone for no charge and said they would try to fix it by putting on a new screen and that if it wasn't a screen problem then they wouldn't charge us. Well they put on the screen and it worked. The price was great and we only waited a coulpe of hrs. Six months later the phone still works like a charm. Shortly after that our laptop files became corrupted. Nothing would work. I called around and got quotes of $200 and $300. One place quoted $180 only to erase and reinstall everything, nothing else. Quick fix said to bring it in and they would look at it for $20 with that fee going toward any repairs. Well they erased everything, relnstalled everyhing and saved pictures and music for us (other places said they would charge us for anything they would have to save). and all for a total set fee of $120. In addition to saving fotos etc. for free they installed a free online virus protection that blows away anything my old Macaffe tried to do. 2 months later my laptop runs great and is still really fast. They are open long hours each day and there's always somebody in the store. Turnaround is really, really quick. The store is not slick and shiny looking but these people are REAL GEEKS that know what they're doing and don't gouge you on the price while providing quick, reliable and inexpensive service.
