  • Seemed very friendly and pleasant on the phone and when they showed up very shortly after. The agreement was that an estimate would follow the next day. When I hadn't heard from them in 4 weeks I called and spoke to someone who told me that I had received the estimate. That claim proved to be false when she had nothing further to tell me and that someone would call me back that day or the next. A few days later I called again, not having heard back. This happened 2 or 3 more times at which point I finally did receive a call back with a bogus estimate stating that all work would require that the repair that they had originally advised against would be made and all other repairs part of the same quote. So bottom line, they put me off for over a month and then reneged on even providing me a valid estimate.
