  • Ended up checking out early & moving to another hotel. Reserved a Lake View room & our small window looked out to two adjacent buildings. If you got right up to the window you could see the lake to the left. Mattress was awful & the sheets felt cheap. Neighbors doors slamming woke us up a few times. The hotel was updated a couple years ago but it still felt old. The staff are so lovely though & really try to accommodate you (especially Amy in the Concierge Lounge - what a sweet gal & fantastic hostess - she gets an A++). Just can't help the condition of the hotel.
