rev:text	I called in advanced to be seen at 330pm. I show up at 3:20pm and the lady at the front desk asked me to sign in and wait. So I do, she doesn't ask my insurance or anything, which is kind of odd; she is not busy, there is one other person in the lobby half asleep. So I sit. 330pm rolls by and I notice she just on her phone.. so I go up and ask, "so do you want to check my insurance or anything, since I still haven't been signed in?" She doesn't apologize or anyrhing just asks if I've ever been to an urgentcarw before to which I reply I haven't, she sends me back to sit and fill things out. I've given her the paperwork... only now it's 4:05pm and she is just now signing me in? I came here because of the yelp reviews boasting about customer service and short wait times.. I wanted to take a picture of the desk lady on her phone to post but she comes off very mean and I just need some help me! So I am at her mercy... you are welcome for the business, I will be sure to tell my friends where to avoid. UPDATE: IT IS NOW 417PM THE RECEPTIONIST LEFT TO TAKE A PERSONAL PHONE CALL ABOUT 10 MINUTES AGO, THERE ARE PEOPLE HERE WHO WANT TO SIGN IN AND SHE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND.. it's almost comical..
