  • Yesterday we went to see the Villas which were beautiful, upscale apt/condo/single level homes with garages. Unfortunately we arrived late. So we didn't get to tour the facility that day but witnessed the staff going above and beyond for one of their tenants. Michael and Alejandra, we're so kind to this woman, she was in distress about a check and leaving town and almost in tears, they were lovely with her and gently helped her resolve the situation to her joy. They went above and beyond! We came back the next day for a tour and met Heaven, yes that's her name! Who showed us around and shared the pluses and minuses of the different homes based on our needs. She was, insightful, delightful and we found the property to be upscale and centrally located with easy access to all things. As it happens, I randomly asked how long she had been there she said 2 years. That to me is someone who likes and cares about what their doing and it showed. This property is a real consideration for us. Just need to decide which one we like best!
