  • Called to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was horrible. She answered and asked why i was calling when i tried to explain she cut me off and just said "insurance?" when i said yes she said "umm what kind?". I just gave up and said i will go elsewhere which is kind of sad considering my whole family uses this facility.
