After using Foodie Call several times (mediocre at best) this last order is the final time we will use their "service". My $70+ order arrived COLD after the driver was late and did not hand me food out of a delivery hot bag. How am I supposed to save COLD medium rare steak?! I called immediately and was reassured my order would be refunded. Three days later the charge was posted to my checking account. I called again today and was informed "no record of my issue was on file". I even gave them the name of the employee whom I spoke with. They claim they will refund the $15 delivery charge, that is tbd......
I will not hold the restaurant responsible for the cold food as it was cooked exactly as ordered so the error is solely on Foodie Call and their service alone.
