  • I went for Highlights was quoted $135.00. I showed the hairdresser the colour I would like from a picture on my phone. In the end I was charged $241.00 . at the time of paying I was shocked and asked why so much the break down was $25.00 for toner $36.00 for blow dry $ 25.00 for balayage. Why wouldn't you advise the client that what was originally quoted has now changed . its 2 days later. I cant believe they can do this its just not right.
