  • Terrible customer service at this location!! Mac products are great, and every location I've been to in CA I've experienced professional and friendly associates. This was absolutely NOT the case at the Mac store in the Forum shops in Las Vegas. I stopped in just to pick up some products I always use. There were three associates and not one bothered to even acknowledge my presence when I entered the store. Two were assisting other customers, so I just waited patiently. The third associate was back behind the counter in the shadows - not sure what she was doing, but it certainly wasn't assisting customers! The associate on the floor rang up her customer and then proceeded to hang out behind the counter with the other useless associate! The third associate was still helping his customer, but he was the only one who eventually acknowledged me and then told the others to help me. WOW, this gal was one nasty, rude, biatch! She acted like having to pull product and ring me up was such a chore!!! NO courtesy whatsoever, for an encounter that took 5 minutes tops. Whoever manages this location needs to reevaluate their sales associates. So many people are in need of jobs these days, there's no reason to keep miserable wretches who obviously despise what they do!
