  • In this day and age, it's difficult to find honesty when it comes to businesses. I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to using the computer and know nothing about fixing a problem. My wife and I brought our laptops in to Big Sky and spoke with the owner David. From the onset David was willing show us the problem and quickly provide solutions. The most impressive thing was that the money clock did not start until the problem was pinpointed. We could have easily been ripped off with work/parts and labor that was not needed. We had to leave my wife's computer overnight. At the end of the day, David"s pricing was more than fair considering the amount of work he preformed. I will not take my computers anywhere else.
