  • This company is such a pleasure to do business with. The feeling that you are getting great service AND a fair price can be a rarity these days. We've had several different technicians from Urban Desert come out to treat our home in the few months we've been customers, and I can't say enough about the character of these guys. They are affable and professional, and take the time to educate you about the different insects or rodents in the area. They have definitely kept our pests under control and if perhaps we do see a wayward scorpion, they come out right away for no charge. That is what I consider going above and beyond to support your customers and leave them feeling valued. I would recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever, to anyone in their service area. I'm in Ahwatukee, and that wasn't on their service map, but they are looking to expand a bit so I was very fortunate. In other words, if your area isn't on their coverage map, it doesn't hurt to call them and ask. You may be lucky too. If you think you have any issues with pests, or just want to be proactive in treating for them, you simply can't find a better business partner to help you. These guys are truly the best at what they do, and at the end of the day, I feel appreciated as a customer. I like that.
