  • Night before last one of the coil springs busted on my double door. I waited until today to begin looking around for a garage door service company. I contacted this company whose phone number was on a sticker on the inside of my garage door. I told the person who answered the phone that I needed a quote for the repair and that I live in the Centennial Hills area. He informed me that he could have a tech swing by today between 2 -5pm. I agreed and made the appt. About 20 minutes later my doorbell rings and Brian is introducing himself. Brian was polite, friendly, very prompt, and proficient at his skill. He had the repair completed within 30 mins including my distraction of chit chatting with him! The walls of my garage are finished and painted white. Acknowledging this Brain was professional enough not to touch the walls of the garage with his hands after they became dirty from the grime. He actually put on a pair of latex gloves too. To the owners of this company..kudos to you & your employee for doing business the right way! I will definitely use this company again for any future garage door needs. A+ across the board.
