  • If I could give no stars I would. I moved in here January of 2016. Since moving in I have had to call maintenance almost every other month regarding things breaking or going wrong inside my apartment. First summer out here in Vegas the AC went out on me 4 different times. Mind you it was over 115 degrees outside and they couldn't fix it the first time or provide me with a place to stay while I'm sweating to death. It kept breaking within two weeks of eachother. It didn't stop there, I live Alone and am never home and there's no reason my water bill should be over 60$ in a months period. My toilets water kept running and was causing my water bill to sky rocket. 4 months in a row it was over 40$ where before it was no more then$10. Not to mention my electric bill was higher because of ac being broken and overworking to cool down my place. When I finally had enough and had to escalate my complaints to corporate for a credit to my bill and refund of compensation for all my financial issues I had to go through the VP of Picerne properties DEB told me the most they could do for me was a lousy 200$ gift card for all the nights I went without HEAT & AC and my high water & electric bill Due to THEIR MAINTENANCE staff not fixing it properly the first time! I'm so upset and disappointed and I recommend NO ONE rent from this crappy real estate company unless you wanna pay too much for crappy service and treatment. NOT RENEWING my lease and never returning!
