I purchased over $500 worth of clothing from this store as I was impressed by the comfort of their clothing.
A thread was/came loose in one of the items that I purchased as well as a QC issue with one of the other pieces that I purchased for my wife. Unfortunately I was unaware of this until a month later which was well beyond the return/exchange period.
I've worked in retail before so I can attest to the fact that I've seen a lot of B.S. returns. The manager of the store could have easily questioned my intentions or blamed the QC issue on me, especially a month after I had purchased the items. The manager (Zan I believe) did not, but instead worked with me to come to a resolution plus more. I was offered a chance to exchange plus a credit for my troubles. When I arrived there were no sizes so they offered me a full refund. I forgot about the store credit as it was unecessary but an appreciated gesture.
The reality is, I told them the truth so if they had done nothing I would have really been turned off forever by the brand. The manager did not let that happen regardless of me being just one customer.
Truly impressed. To go above and beyond shows me that Kit and Ace is truly a premium boutique in it for the long haul. I will definitely considering purchasing from Kit and Ace again and fully recommend a company that stands behind the quality of their products.
