  • I went in to get a lighter color and they just started putting a bunch of chemicals in my hair saying my hair couldn't get the medium blonde I wanted so they did a light brown. I was not happy with the results & it wasn't what I wanted. I was there for like 4 hrs and not happy with the results . they put some type of color on the tips that has left it orange & another stylist I went to had a hard time to get rid of. Because she had no idea what they put on me.
