  • Why two star and yet I continue to go? Well the past times were on my friends dime so I could care less but from the time I checked in to the time I left I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. I had to use the business center to print a document upon check in and had to pay $10 for 15 minutes and to print it. No free coffee in the room. No free wifi and the cell reception sucks. The staff are not friendly or welcoming besides the valet but they don't work for Starwood I don't think. They make you feel like I should be lucky they let me stay at their hotel. Whatever. They get away with it so doubt it will change. Sushi Roku was good but thats a separate review. Oh and you HAVE to valet. If you want to party and will be drunk stay here, you won't care anyway. If you want to spend $400 or more a night and have a great experience stay the Westin at Kierland or the Phoenician, Princess, Royal Palms or Montelucia. I will not be back unless it free.
