  • This company is a scam, first off surcharges for electricity through them are about 4x higher than any I have come across throughout the country. Now that's just half the BS they do to you. I signed up for automatic bill pay and sure enough charged 12 days AFTER I paid my last bill which was BEFORE it's due date. So now I have 2 large bill payments in a 12 day period well before the 2nd due date. Total rip off, reported to my bank.
