  • Recently moved to Cave Creek , this place seemed be the perfect salon for me to get my nails done since it was close. First impression was good, looked clean and staff seemed professional. My daughter and I went in for pedicures, then I decided to get a gel manicure as well. Could not decide what color...and felt abit rushed on what color to use. I know what I want but staff made suggestions which prompt me to decide. Was abit annoyed. Next I showed staff an actual picture of what I wanted and asked if she can do it the same. She said, yes..however she did not duplicate the picture , which was one simple heart on each ring finger. . When I asked her about it..she said that she can do it but I never asked her to. She didnt offer to redo it either. For the price they charge and the tip they expect...I should have received the service I asked for. I will not go back there or refer anyone.
