  • From the time I made the reservation, I knew that dinner at Naples 15 would be a special event. Salvatore Di Scala (Executive Chef & Owner) promised to take care of our group and proceeded to tell me about the culinary tour we would take over the course of the evening. He didn't disappoint. Our meal was crafted with such care and love that each bite was a joy. However, listening to Salvatore and watching him interact with his supporting cast was the real treat. This is a man who is passionate about his work and dedicated to creating a dining experience.
