  • I have had unauthorized drafts from my account, and was lied to about the contract I was entering into. On 11/14, I entered into a contract with ABS to be effective 11/22. The contract was for three month, with training 2x a month for 30 minutes each. My complaint has two parts. First, I was lied to about a portion of the contract, and the way the system is set up, I could not see what I was signing before I signed. I was told that I was signing authorizing the draft from my account, when in fact I was signing to leave the contract open ended. I was never provided information to cancel or told that there was ANY action required on my part. On 2/11, I called the Ballantyne location and spoke with Warner, who confirmed that there would be no draft for 2/22., when in fact, there was. Second, I am still owed two months, (two hours, $160 worth) of personal training sessions.
