  • I called Adrian on a Saturday because of a broken spring. He called within minutes and offered to have someone fix it Sunday but I didn't need it that fast and I wasn't going to be home. I asked for very early Monday and Brian showed up at 7:15. Perfect. Had it fixed in 30 minutes. It ended up about $300 for 2 new springs with lifetime warranty. Exactly what Adrian had estimated. By the way, I thought real hard about doing it myself but it seems like an easy way to hurt yourself if the spring comes loose.
