  • This branch has the least customer friendly policies/tellers I've ever encountered from a chase bank anywhere. On occasion when it was pouring rain in middle of day they told me the drive through teller was closed and I would have to park and walk into the bank. Recently they refused to accept a deposit to a checking account I've had with 0 problems for 9 years because of an insignificant difference between the name on the front of the check and my endorsed signature. They insisted on stamping the back "REJECTED." I went down the street to another Chase branch and had no difficulty making the deposit. Do not go to this branch.
