  • I had made a reservation for the weekend on the Tuesday prior. When I arrived the manager told me she had no cars, but would give me a larger vehicle that she did have, but I'd have to cover the difference in cost. After debating the fairness of her request after the reservation I made for a less expensive car that she could not provide, she told me "to take a hike! I dont need your business". She'll never get my business again
