  • Bad, Bad, customer service. Came to ask some questions about an amend and request a price. The guy seemed irritated that I arrived at 10 minutes before closing. I explained I just wanted to make an appointment for a future date. But I just wanted to ask a couple of questions so he knows what I'm dealing with. After a few minutes he said sorry we have to close! You have to go now. I will never return to this location or any other H&R Block. Very rude no social skills. Avoid this location at all costs
