  • I bought four trees from this nursery. Though the man that helped me was very nice and informative, the co-owner was not. The trees were promised to be the best he had and delivered the next day. Due to a family emergency I was unaware of until I called three days later the delivery was delayed. The co-owner promised to get the trees out that day but had no order form or knowledge of "what" trees I ordered. I spent almost $500 and the four trees that when delivered were small and two were dying. I called and stated that this was not what I was promised but was told it is definitely what I was getting. A little water and the two I was concerned about would perk up or so I was told. So I planted them. Two weeks later I called again because the two trees were indeed dying. I was told by the co-owner that "he had done this for 15 years and I was not watering them enough". I was disappointed after everything, I had been understanding of and actually attempted, that was the wrongful gardener. One tree barely survived after a pound of miracle grow and A LOT of water but sadly the other one that was sick did die. I expected more than Lowes as this is a nursery but the co-owner is sadly unprofessional and uncaring. I do not recommend this place- I actually lost money and don't care to go back for the ridicule of not having "15 years" of knowledge on watering.
