| - Had two side yard gates installed about two or so years ago. Have had problems. First the lock that was put on was installed too high. You can just reach over and turn the lock, open it and get into the yard with no problem. So they came out and installed locks on the gate and although you can still reach over and open the gate, you would need a key to do that. Then there was no spring installed on the gate, so it just remained open. I have a pool and dogs, so I had them come out and bolt a spring on the gate. No problems with that since. Very happy with the self closing gate. Just recently the gate lock would not lock. The gate shifted and the lock was not aligned with the other side to connect the lock. They came out and drilled the hole bigger. It wasn't perfect and still stuck, but it locked. A couple months later it did it again, lock would not slide over at all to lock the gate. They came out again, drilled the hole more and so far it's been working. All of the guys that came out very, very helpful, friendly and explained everything to me. Was very impressed with them all. They did tell me that when they cemented the gate into the ground it wasn't done sturdy enough and the gate moves and this is why the lock keeps getting misaligned (shifting). And told me if I still have a problem with the lock (due to the gate shifting because wasn't put in ground securely) that they would need to take the entire gate out and re-cement. So far so good on that last fix so I'm hoping it will not need to be re-cemented into the ground. One thing that really disappointed me was they wanted to charge me $200 just to come out to fix the gate lock again, which wasn't fixed correctly the first time. As I said everything seems to be working well since the last fix, so just hoping the gate doesn't need to be re-cemented into the ground. That would probably be very pricey also
