  • I locked myself out by mistake. I asked my friend to call a locksmith in my area. He called this company and a person came after 1 hour. He mentioned my lock is very expensive and it will take time to open ans asked for 175$. I told him that seems expensive but he said that is normal price. All I had was my home phone so I was not able to do any research for the pricing. I took 2 mins for him to open the door and charged 175$. I called the company after the guy left and they said it would be 65$ to unlock the door. Please do your research before calling this company. It is a total RIPOFF. Do not go here. If I can give them less than 1 star, that's what I would give them. They are utilizing your inability. Total SCAM.
