  • I do not spend a lot of time on reviews but had a wonderful experience and wanted to give credit where it is due. One of our 2 air conditioner units stopped working on Friday around noon and I gave ACE a call. I let them know that we could probably wait until morning but IF someone was in the area that we would really appreciate them coming to look. The fan was not spinning at all. Someone made it out within just a few hours and did a few tests and determined my fan motor was out. The unit was 10 years old so no surprise there. Well because it is an older and cheaper Aire Flow unit the technician was certain we would be out of luck until Monday. Fortunately, he took the extra time to call his service engineer and replace/reconfigure a similar motor and get it up and running before 6:30. The rate we were charged was very reasonable but the extra effort to think outside the box and give a little extra late on a Friday afternoon will not be forgotten. We will use ACE for all of our future needs and I am happy to recommend them to anyone that needs quality work.
