  • Extremely friendly staff and they do a good job with lawn care and yard cleanup. EXCEPT - they appear to nickle and dime their victims to death. FOR EXAMPLE: They came out to my house to check my sprinkler system for issues. They turned on the various sections of the sprinkler system to see if the sprinkler heads were working and to check for leaks. They informed me and showed me issues with the system and provided an estimate to have repairs completed. They came out and completed the work. Upon their departure an employee asked me if I had the sprinkler system checked for flow rates (or something like that) and I told him I thought that is what they did to come up with the work THEY JUST COMPLETED (costing several hundred dollars). He informed that he was talking about a different more thorough test that would cost more money. But he recommended replacing the entire system (including the new stuff he just installed) since my system was rather old. I would have expected an option BEFORE SPENDING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON PATCH REPAIRS to do a more thorough test. Then, provide me with the different options and pricing for each one.....not CHARGE ME for work and then turn around and tell me...oh, wait, we should have ran this test instead...let's just scrap all that work we just did - you're made of money, right?!?!? After receiving the estimate for THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, I dropped them as my lawn care provider.
