  • This place is incredible! Rooms were beautiful, spacious, all with outdoor patios. The breakfast menu at Proof (along with their Happy Hour pretzel bites - don't even get me started on those babies) spoke true to the location. We had dinner at Talavera and were blown away by the service. Juan, hailing from South Africa, was our waiter and despite a bit of delay on his part due to business volumes, apologized and made sure to check in with us to ensure an enjoyable meal. The personalized menus (celebrating an anniversary with friends) made all the difference. Pool side service was stellar and I loved the adult pool being separate from the regular pool, even though we did not use the adult pool. Spa is a little small but holy moly, the grounds were beautiful and I seriously cannot wait to go back!
