  • This is the worst place we have ever lived. We have a list of issues two pages long. The air conditioner didn't work the first 5 days. After the ceiling leak and windows flooded, it took 16 days for someone to check. After the shower flooded the closet and made the wall entirely soggy beginning what seems like mold, we finally are getting out of this unsafe, horribly run place. No one should live under their conditions. Keep in mind we have a 3yr old toddler. The landlord (Julie) said "Things break when you rent an apartment." Refused to pro-rate rent or give any discounts for the problems.
