  • Spend an hour getting ready, go down elevator, walk around corner and BAM. Basically assaulted by an employee with an eye serum pulling me in and sitting me in her chair. Horrific experience. Eyes started burning and had to go back up to my hotel room to wash/remove and redo my eye makeup. Ladies, it is okay to be clear and to the point if someone begins touching you. Next time I walk by it'll be direct eye contact paired with "do not touch my body". They told me over and over to not touch my eyes. Do I feel like I let it happen? Yes. Do I feel like they use aggressive sales tactics? Yes. Never again. Don't touch my body without permission.
