  • In a nut shell: Quality 100% and then some!!! Got 3 T-Bone steaks sliced fresh to 1/2 inch each and my gawwwwwwwd they were perfect tender juicy perfection!!! Service: sweet n friendly! Also kudos to them for being 1 of 2 butchers ONLY open in the Calgary area on a Sunday! Wtf is up w that y'all...didn't u realize Sundays are the PERFECT BBQ days??!?!?!? Gotta dock a star for their ridiculous prices tho.... I went in there with a huge list of meats: burgers, chicken, sausages, steaks of 2 cuts.... I left with 3 t-bones which i paid 40$ for. The burgers? 21$$$ for 5 ...just 5... Patties. Wtf. U know there's nothing but cows for literally hundreds of miles around u right?!?!?!?! If i were in the area again tho i would definitely treat myself to some more T-Bones cuz they were phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
