  • I went through Nikki Lewin to book a VIP table at XS nightclub for the night of April 18th. She was responsive to my requests and set it up with no problem. I arrived the 17th all pre-paid and ready to go. Then, tragedy hit as I lost my wallet with all my IDs and credit cards the night before. Frantic, I called Nikki and explained the situation. Clearly, this was my fault and I was ready to suffer the consequences. But Nikki worked incessantly to try to work something out. As it turned out, I was not able to go and I lost my table. Again, though she didn't have to, she went out of her way to offer a resolution that would make me happy. She was able to get most of my payment credited back to put in a table on May 2, which is Fight night, Mayweather/Pacquiao. So instead of losing my money, I am able to go back and have a table on one of the busiest nights of the year. Galavantier more than exceed my expectations and particularly Nikki Lewin is a concierge that goes above and beyond what is normally expected. If you are planning any event in Las Vegas, I highly recommend this company!
