  • This apartment complex has become Pit Bull heaven, and although our leases clearly state that Pit Bulls are one of the breeds not permitted. When you bring this matter up to the office management they state that if the pit bull is a service animal they must make an exception to the breed restrictions. I just walked my dog through the complex and met a resident with a 7 week old pit bull puppy that definitely is not a service animal. We've already had one pit bull attack and injure a resident's dog in the past year, and the office management did nothing about the incident. There are many residents with small dogs and we all feel very uncomfortable about management not enforcing the restricted breeds not being permitted.
