Came here after a long night at Marquee with about 8 people. The wait was 15 minutes even though it was only 11am in the morning. Surprisingly the place was filled with a bunch of families, not hungover partiers that I expected.
The pho selection is surprisingly small but you can customize it by requesting add-ons. I got a #15 and added tendon The pho came out quite quickly but somehow they made a mistake on half our orders. I got a large bowl of pho with no tendon at all even though I requested a small. They said that add-ons automatically upgrades it to a large which I wasn't even told. However when I looked inside the bowl, there wasn't even any tendon! I'm fairly sure they messed up my order and forced me to take a large. They finally came by with some tendon after multiple requests and it was terrible. The tendon was chewy, hard and tasted like cardboard...one of the worst tendon pieces I've ever had.
My friends said this is one of the best in Vegas but if this is the best...I don't want to know what's the worse. The soup was bland and flavorless. The only saving grace was the huge amount of meat. I am still not sure why this place is so popular, maybe people are looking at the yelp ratings only? I would recommend you to consider other pho options in Vegas instead of coming here.
