We visited this store on our last trip to Las Vegas, we were looking for Prince vinyl, and this store pulled up in the Google search for record stores in the area. When we entered we were greeted by the guy behind the counter, told him what we were looking for, and he warned us that his prices were high. I do understand with Prince's recent passing that his products are inflated beyond what a non-record buyer would expect to pay. I will say that he did have a great selection of rare Prince vinyl, and if price or overcharging is not an issue then definitely check this place out. Nothing was priced, we carried some titles to the front and he quoted us pricing. The prices he was quoting was roughly 50% higher than what the high end would be if the vinyl was in MINT condition, the problem being some were ranging between Good and Very Good, so not even Near Mint, which means that his prices in a lot of cases are double what the going value is for the condition which it was in. I really wanted to give this store a higher rating due to the sheer amount of vinyl it has, but in the end I see it as being a very poor value. We ended up going to Moondawg records and found some of the same vinyl at less than 1/2 price!
