  • Customer service SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!! I called in advance to schedule an appointment for the oil change. I got there 15 mins before my appointment. Advised Derek that I need only the oil change . I even told him I need only the oil change because I had to get back to work. He agreed to that. It took them to do just the oil change 1 hour and 15 mins. After 1 hr and 15 mins when I asked him why it took such a long time he got pissed off . I don't think I will ever go back there again. What's the point to schedule an appointment for the oil change if they take their sweet time and don't care if people are in a hurry.
