rev:text	Shoutout to the staff at this lululemon. You guys have changed my life, no joke. So, in need of the perfect gym bag, I purchased the "high mileage" duffle bag here because at the time they didn't carry many others, maybe one other. I THOUGHT I loved it considering all the pockets it has AND lulu's signature garment bags for dirty clothes (which I've never ever seen in any other brand of gym bag).. I came back in weeks later to find a different bag that I fell deeply in love with (garment bag also included!). I went home and checked their return policy which is 14 days to return/exchange and I was maybe 20 days since my purchase, I was devastated. HOWEVER, the following day I came out to the Biltmore for yoga in the park (which is amazing, btw) and of course had to stop in for a quick look afterwards. The bag was still there so I spoke to a staff member asking if there were absolutely no exceptions to the return/exchange policy and that I loved that bag and wanted to exchange it with one I bought 20 days ago and she said she would do it for me! She made my day! Now THAT is customer service. I hope I'm not getting anyone in trouble by this review but I speak for every staff member I've encountered there... SO nice. SO welcoming. SO attentive. SO helpful. They really make the experience well worth it and you really won't regret buying these pricey apparels from heaven because of THEM! I know staff come and go but I've encountered nothing short of amazing service here. Great job Lulu Biltmore! Keep it up!
